Short-term Course in Data Analytics Using ‘R’

About The Course

In the present era, R Programming is one of the essential tools that researchers use, data analysts, statisticians, and marketers for retrieving, cleaning, analyzing, visualizing, and presenting data. R is an open-source programming language and an environment for statistical computing and graphics. It is widely used as a data analysis tool across various platforms such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. R is the implementation of S language combined with lexical scoping semantics. One of R’s significant features is its wide availability of libraries. The R Programming Language is a leading tool for machine learning also.

The Course would enable students to program in R and use R for practical data analysis. They would get the opportunity to learn how to install and configure software necessary for a statistical programming environment and describe generic programming language concepts as they are implemented in a high-level statistical language.

The Course also helps them analyze and visualize data in R, create reproducible data analysis reports, and then demonstrate a conceptual understanding of the unified nature of statistical inference.
